Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our vacation rental experience was very satisfying.We enjoyed the location of the unit, easy access to the beach and the pool with the lazy river.We had a maintenance issue very early in our stay (Sun), after two messages Pat contacted me back regarding the issue of the refrig. and freezer not individual came to the unit,within the hour and he called Pat to shared that the refrig was not functioning properly.He was to return on Mon at 9:00 am to check on the unit again. We waited until 11:00 am on Mon. and he did not show.We were still experiencing issues on Mon. & Tue. (but we were moving the food back and forth between the freezer and refrigerator).I finally called on Wed to follow up.This phone call was NOT what I would say as customer friendly.I shared our concern re: the no show on Monday & we assumed the he didn't show up because he received a more urgent matters.We handled the situation fine and enjoyed our vacation, but still having issues.Pat responded that his "guy" did show up and sent him a text message indicated that everything checked out fine & WE were leaving the door open which is causing the refrig. to not work properly.I became defensive and offended by his response.He said he would send someone over right away to be done with this issue.Two hours later, my husband called Pat because his 'guy' did not show up & he expressed the same concerns and cleared up any misunderstandings.Finally, the maintenance came back to the unit later in the afternoon & acknowledged the the refrig. was not working properly.On Thurs., an outside contractor came to the unit,fixed the Thurs afternoon, the popsicles were frozen, items were cold & the issue was fixed.I'm just sharing this experience b/c we wanted someone to be aware of the problem and not get charged for the I stated before, we enjoyed our vacation and are seriously considering returning back to unit despite the hiccup we had with the refrigerator. Manager responded on 6/30/2016: We apologize for any miscommunication or offense you may have taken. The long and short of it is that refrigerator was working, but intermittently.
