What a great vacation!!
We had a wonderful week staying at this super secluded and extra clean cabin. We felt this cabin was a perfect home base for visiting places like Seney National Wildlife Refuge, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, the Lake Michigan shoreline, and many hiking spots in the Hiawatha National Forest. This is also the perfect spot to visit if you have an off road vehicle or a boat (we wish we had these on our trip!). There are miles and miles of OHV trails and more lakes than you can count right near the cabin. In the evenings, we enjoyed cooking out on the covered porch, playing games, walking down to the lakeshore, relaxing out by the campfire, and stargazing. We do wish we would have brought a radio and a small collection of DVD’s though. But there was a store nearby (Linda's Breadbox) where we were able to rent movies throughout the week. There's also a very nice restaurant close to the cabin called Big Spring Inn. If we ever visit this area again, we will definitely stay at this cabin. In fact, we loved it so much out here; we are talking about moving here in the future!
