The apartment was really easy to locate and is literally 20 minutes away from everything LA offers. That was a huge plus. The apartment interior is nice. My biggest complaint is the upstairs bedroom is really hot. There is a centralized a/c unit that really helped the rest of the apartment to cool off. All the hot air in the apartment raises to that upstairs room. There is no fan which totally sucks. I emailed Rebecca requesting to provide a fan and she responded very quickly with a "open the window". Welp...considering the apartment is 200 yards from a very large homeless camp and adjascent to an abandoned building, this was outta the question. In fact, there was a homeless man sleeping right under the bedroom window! Lol. Also, there is absolutely no parking. We spent 30 minutes trying to find parking each night we were there. Ended up parking about 1.5 miles up the hill and walking to the apartment. One night we needed to relocate a guy passed out in front of the entrance to the apartment. None of this really bothered us to be honest, we work in addiction medicine. My only complaint was the parking and the hot room. The location is great, the apartment was very clean. I would stay there again but there needs to be a fan in that room. Oh! Maybe provide more than two bath towels, maybe four?
