We were a group of two families, each with two teenage girls. Theoretically, this was a good fit, with two equal size king bedrooms, and a loft for the four girls. The place was clean and spacious as described, but it was not laid out very well for eight people (and it says it accommodates nine) There were only two small old two-seater sofas in the living room that were not able to fit more than four people total. The rest of the group had to either sit on the floor or sit at the kitchen table, which was not conducive to a nice family gathering. I have been to many mammoth condos for larger groups, and have never had a problem trying to sit in the living room together to watch movies or play games or simply enjoy eachothers company. You could not do that in this configuration. It was just a weird layout without enough comfortable furnishings for all. The kitchen sat 6 at the table, and another four at the breakfast bar. The kitchen utensils were old and pretty substandard. The toaster only took two pieces of bread at a time, and it looked like it had been there for years. All of the pots were old without flat bottoms, which made it difficult to cook on the induction stovetop, because nothing would lie flat. Lastly, the unit cam with two car spaces, and even though there were no other occupied units during our rental period, we were required to park the third car at an RV Lot at the other end of town. And at first, the rental agency could not give us an address for the RV park, so we spent about 30 minutes driving around looking for it before finally going back to the rental agency to get help. They were nice, but not super helpful considering we did not know the area. All and all we had a good trip because we were with family, but i would never ever describe this place as "fully remodeled", and for over $1000 a night, it should have been ALOT nicer and more comfortable.
