When we arrived we were first disappointed that the first floor sofa was faded and stained and not as pictured. There are scrapes all over the walls. We noticed that the front door doesn't have a separate way to lock it from the inside. It unlocks from the outside with a combination so anyone with the combination can come right in. There is an alarm system, but it has signs saying the alarm is only for the owners. Then we noticed the bugs. Literally the first floor was crawling with centipedes! We counted about 10 in the kitchen alone. The 2nd floor bedrooms seemed cleaner and nicer, but with the issues on the base level we ended up not even staying for one night. Thankfully they were good about crediting us for the rent we had paid, but it created a stressful first night trying to find somewhere else to stay. Also be careful about the location. Seems to be a little sketchy at night. I wasn't going to write a review since they refunded our money, but I wish someone else had written a review that I could have read to avoid renting it in the first place.
