Convenient location to Loon Mountain
Overall this is a great property to rent for either an event at Loon or for doing things in the White Mountains. We rented it for the Highland Games and were able to walk to the games (about 1.3 miles). The unit is spacious and Kristen is a pleasure to deal with. She allowed us early entry into the condo to drop off food and she responds immediately to any questions that you might have. The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need. The reason I gave the property 3 out of 5 stars is because it is fairly dated and we were very disappointed in the sheets and towels that were provided. First, even though we paid the cleaning fee we needed to make all of the beds when we got there. This is how I realized that the sheets were very old and of fairly poor quality. We ended up calling friends who hadn't left yet to bring up extra pillows because the pillows on the bunk beds were extremely flat from overuse. Additionally, each person is given one small bath towel and a hand towel for use during your stay. I ended up using mine as an extra bath mat, so my husband and I had to share a towel. It is possible that there were extra towels somewhere, but we were unable to find them. Although the sheets, pillows and towels were old and in need of replacement, I will say that they were all clean, as was the whole unit. With that being said, I would recommend this unit for families with young children because they have a nice collection of DVDs for kids and there is definitely plenty of space.
