Book this unit! if you need more reasons, other than all the other good reviews, read this review.
I spent days reviewing the Sedona area, there were countless condos, and time shares. We decided on Mario's unit in oak creek, and would stay again. We have stayed in numerous holiday rental units, and this was the best. The good: - Mario was very responsive and quick to respond, even to silly questions that I had. - It was not in 'Sedona' but Oak Creek Village. I worried about this a bit, but after being there, it made no difference, you have to drive to most things anyways. Plus there isn't much traffic or hectic people. - The view from the unit (trees, and mesa) were nice and guaranteed, in most other places (timeshares) you are the mercy of the desk clerk and probably would get a parking lot view. -There were small additions that were nice, such as 'welcome' ground coffee, and chocolates. - Internet worked seamlessly - Arriving and leaving was efficient and quick - Pool area is much nicer than pictured and really nice around 3pm. - Great 'saloon' and coffee shop up the street (karaoke 2x a week!) - Online golf specials for $10! (with cart!) - bikes in the garage! - It felt like a real home that you can live in, well decorated with owls, and great art. - BBQ and full kitchen. - Full grocery store (IGA) a 2 min drive away with reasonable prices and great craft beer! The Bad (if I said nothing bad I would seem biased) - its hot from about 11 - 5, but what do you expect in the desert!?!? Plus the condo had fans and central A/C so it was not an issue. - maybe a nicer wine opener (yes this is the worst thing I can come up with and even then it was a plus to even have a wine opener!) If you've read this far, you should be booking this unit. I can't say anything worse, and I can keep listing the good..
