Some good points, some bad points
What we liked: The property is just a few blocks from Elk St. and we always walked into town for dinner (breakfast and lunch was either a picnic or in the unit). It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, functional, and well stocked. Condo was spacious. Large HDTV in the living room with cable. The property management team was great. They came by the first day and asked if we needed more towels. When we dropped the keys Saturday night and they disappeared beneath the porch, they sent someone out within 20 minutes to give us a spare set. What we didn't like: The unit is in need of renovation. Nicks in the wood trim, marks on the walls, spots on the carpet. Whereas the main surfaces were clean, other areas were dusty such as the windows sills and blinds and the bottom of the banister going upstairs. My wife and I played cards one night at the coffee table in the living room so I sat on a throw rug on the floor. The rug really felt nasty. There are just certain signs of age that make the place look and feel not as attractive as it could be.
