Cozy, pretty and convenient place to stay
The cabin is very conveniently located a few miles from the National Park. It has a very warm and cozy feeling and our only regret is that we stayed there only 1 night. The dim yellow light, the smell of the wood, the perfect size of the rooms, all added to the charm of staying there. The place was very clean and tidy, will all the sheets and towels neatly in place. The only inconvenience that we had was there was no heater, but there was a note stating that work was underway to put it in place. I would call this a minor hiccup in our stay, since the warm blankets made up for the absence of the heater. To top it all, the restaurant at the Pinehurst Lodge, right in front of the cabin, had such wonderful food and the staff there were extremely friendly and accommodating. Mind you, there is no food available for miles together and the fact the restaurant is right in front of the cabin is more than what one could ask for. Our one request would be that, if a few more breakfast items had been available such as milk, bread and eggs, it would have made the morning a lot easier, since a proper breakfast would be available only after a drive of about an hour. This is definitely one of the best place I have ever stayed at and will gladly stay there again.
