Scottsdale Links is very conveniently located and a clean, well appointed resort. We enjoyed our stay but felt the accumulation of a number of small issues would keep us from visiting the resort a second time. The unit is roomy but located on the third floor in one of the complex buildings nearest a busy traffic intersection. It is noisy - especially in the morning. The complex (like much of north Scottsdale) is also just off Scottsdale Municipal Airport and at times, aircraft noise was pronounced. Having stayed in other units in the north Scottsdale area, the complex might be a bit too close to the airport for some visitors. The third floor, while private, has no elevator. This would make the visit difficult for those with mobility issues. Hauling luggage up and down was not much fun either. Inside, the unit was nice but again, a number of small things became irritants. (e.g., poor shower, missing and poor quality kitchen utensils, noisy appliances, extremely uncomfortable couch) Finally, while the resort offers concierge services, it appeared to us as though the service was really a sideline to the Diamond Resorts marketing activities of the concierge desk. At one point in our stay, no less than 4 persons were at the Concierge Desk - we were tag teamed by three of them. We really like the north Scottsdale area and the complex is conveniently located but there were just too many issues for us to reconsider returning.
