Wonderful, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay
First off, Mark was super responsive and helpful, so no need to worry about an aloof manager. The lodgings were well sized and designed, and the bed and furniture were comfortable. The place was well stocked as well, firewood for the firepit, gas for the grill, seasonings, pots, pans, utensils, etc...aside from food itself or specific spices, you won't need anything. The scenery is gorgeous...we came during a full moon, and watched moon rise in the East as the sun set in the West...couldn't ask for anything more from a desert stay. Grocery stores and restaurants and everything isn't too far away, but far enough you won't feel their presence. Two things to be cognizant of...one, this is somewhat remote, so there are coyotes and such about...you'll want to keep that in mind if you have small children or dogs, and the internet is via satellite, which is fine for hitting websites and such, but will have latency and you won't want try playing online games or remote work beyond emails (but that isn't what you are here for anyways). Overall, a wonderful stay.
Cute 'n cozy cabin with 220 degree desert views
