The cottage will be clean when you arrive and we ask that it is left clean at the end of your stay for the next guests. This cottage is fully furnished, with most things you will need already there. We provide the pillows and bed spreads and ask that you bring up your own sheets, beach and washroom towels.
Please note that we limit the number of guests at Richview to a MAXIMUM of 7.
The beach runs the full width of the property, a 110 feet of sand, perfect for building sandcastles on.
*Fishing on the lake is good, with large and small mouth bass, perch, muskie and pike. There is room at the dock if you'd like to bring your own boat, the boat launch is at the end of North Morrison Lake Road (1km down the road). But most renters just enjoy fishing right at the end of the dock.
The ski association on the lake has a waterski jump which can be seen from Richview. Many of the Muskoka WaterSki Shows team members have cottages on Morrison Lake and they've already been out praticing this year. The best part is that the jump is on the other side of the lake, far enough from Richview so as not to disturb our side of the lake with boat waves or boat traffic, but it's nice to get a show right from your own dock!+ More
