Great outdoor space area to enjoy the peace and serenity Hawaii got to offer. You are only minutes from Waikiki without being in the busy Waikiki. It's paradise!
The house is located in the prominent neighborhood! It's beautiful, quiet (no touristy or overcrowded), safe, and waking up to the heavenly sunrise. Great for morning walks or sunset stroll up or down hill.
Rental Rules: Guest(s) agrees to abide by the House Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
Access: Guest(s) shall allow Manager/Landlord access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Manager/Landlord shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Guest (s) are restricted to the “rental” area which includes the front walk/drive way, stairs/steps up to 1st/ground floor, ground floor lanai and inside the house which includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living and dining room total living space of 1780 square feet.
Access to the unit should not be provided to any unauthorized person or persons not on the approved list of occupants. Keys and other Security Entry access shall not be shared persons not authorized to occupy the unit
Insurance: All renters/guests must have personal liability insurance.
Guest(s) agrees to indemnify and hold Manager/Landlord harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guest(s) or parties invited onto the property by Guest(s).
Owner, Manager/Landlord is NOT responsible for personal property. Owner, Manager/Landlord IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen personal property.
House rules :
No smoking inside the house. If must smoke, please do so outside/sidewalk.
2 .No Illegal Drug use at any time..
There is no daily housekeeping service.
No pets allowed in or on the property.
Please be very QUIET when coming and going from the house and while in the driveway and please don't bother the neighbors.
Please keep noise to a minimum, no loud parties this is a quiet residential neighborhood and our neighbors reside in close proximity to the home.
Deposit is fully refundable, however it may be deducted for excessive mess or repair/replacement for damages to the home or its contents. The house should be left in a "similar" state to its condition on arrival, except we will clean it.
- Street parking, no parking will be permitted on common walkway/driveway.
9.Please lock all doors/sliders when you leave the house. Keep all screen doors closed at ALL times to prevent rodents from entering the premises..
Only you and the Tenant(s)/Guest(s) you listed when you confirmed should be staying overnight.(PLEASE PROVIDE ALL GUESTS FULL LEGAL NAME WHEN BOOKED).
Per Hawaiian tradition, please remove your shoes upon entering the house.
Guests are required to show ID & sign rental & liability agreement at check-in.
Towel replacement fee is $10 if lost at beach, stained or damaged.
Please leave our home clean and in good condition. Just like you'd want guests to leave your home.
Treat our home like you treat your own and if and when a brawl/argument/loud shouting arises anytime at your duration of occupant, you and guests/tenants will be ask to vacate the property with all your belongings/personal items.
Please do not or have guest/visitors stand or lean on the glass railings, it’s not made to support any extra weight.
Please do not have guests/visitors roam around the property, stay within rental area as listed above.
Please supervise, monitor and guide your minor (s)/children no climbing, standing or sitting on top of furniture, glass tables and no playing or running in driveway . Please do not allow minor (s)/children to go around the property unsupervised.

CHECK-IN: flexible, but if you come before or after 3:00PM if house is available, no extra charge.
CHECK-OUT: Flexible, unless we have a guest arriving same day as your checkout then you will need to leave by 11:00AM, if not late check out is available with no extra charge.
Also, we are a tropical climate so sometimes large insects/bugs may be seen, not a huge problem but on occasion you may meet one.
The house is located conveniently steps away from the Bus line but if you like to rent a car for your visit is also another way to go and a parking is available. Just down the hill is access to the H1 highway, Waialae Ave, Diamond Head, Kahala Mall, restaurants and Waikiki.

We're located off the street with beautiful view of Diamond Head and Waikiki, in a quiet and in a very safe neighborhood with your own private entrance from the lanai (patio). We're just off the Koko Head H-1 exit which means the freeway ramp for H-1 is just down the hill. Go east on H-1 East to get to Koko Head or Hanauma Bay or west to get to downtown Honolulu and the airport. And a short drive to Honolulu Zoo and Aquarium
If you're into shopping, Kahala Mall just one exit away and Ala Moana Mall few exits away. And down the hill there are great eatery and restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
