Safe walking neighborhood. Our home is designed for mid life couples , like us. It is a ground floor condo in a 3 story building , no stairs. A large patio. The living room has 2 large windows, comfortable couch and chair, LCD 50" TV and stereo. The master bedroom has king size bed, walk in closet and an adjacent powder room. The spare room has a 'murphy hideaway double bed' with a computer desk - sit or stand. Underground heated parking.

We are close to 5 public golf courses, bike path, marina, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, the beach. Just 2 minutes from Gatineau(Aylmer sector) revitalized rue Principale, bus stop at the door.

Just 20 minutes from Downtown Ottawa, check out Parliament buildings or skate on the longest canal in the world. Or go skiing, hiking in the Gatineau park.

A 74 Walk score, groceries, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance.

No pets ; no smoking permitted indoors. Minimum stay = 2 weeks.

Please treat our home like your home. Please clean up as you go so as to leave our place clean the way you found it. Report any accidents, broken appliances or furniture immediately. No parties, no pets. Absolutely no smoking inside. Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement to acknowledge the following rules: RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. Parking: Option A: PARKING – Parking is permitted along Wilfrid Lavigne boulevard, there are no overnight restrictions from April to November. Parking is not permitted in the visitor parking spaces nor directly in front of the Condo. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Option B: UNDERGROUND PARKING – Access to underground parking can be arranged for an additional fee of $50/week. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
