This newly constructed 1600 square foot waterfront Timber frame cottage is located on a deep private lot in Pleasant Harbour, on Lake Huron.
The hardwood flooring is found throughout the open-concept main living area. Catheral ceilings add to the roomy feel of the cottage. A bright and comfortable atmosphere make it the perfect place to spend your family vacation. The living area contains a couch, three armchairs, and a television with satellite receiver. A large window, and patio doors look out over the lake.
Adjacent to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, and microwave oven. A useful feature of this kitchen is the breakfast bar with two stools, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Cupboard and counter space is plentiful. There is also a dining table with seating for six with a nice sized window providing a view of the waters beyond.
The cottage has two bedrooms plus the sleeping loft. Bedroom one has a queen and bedroom two has a queen.The sleeping loft has 2 queens. The bathroom is a four-piece.
In the sleeping loft you will find a large sectional sofa with a television. This is a great spot for the children to unwind after a busy day at the lake.
There are two decks attached to the cottage, one on the side facing the lake and one in back. The deck overlooking the lake is a great place from which to watch the sun set over Pleasant Harbour. It is here you will find a propane BBQ, patio table with chairs, and umbrella. On the roadside deck you can catch the morning sun. The shoreline at the cottage consists of stony rubble with some flat stone. Swimming is great here, but swim shoes are recommended.
Two small, attractive sandy beachs are located in either direction from the cottage (only a 10 minute walk away). They are both great beaches for younger children.
The cottage is centrally located on the Bruce Peninsula. The fishing villages of Lion's Head and Tobermory, the Bruce Trail, Bruce Peninsula National Park and the spectacular cliffs of Georgian Bay are only a 20-minute drive away As one of the last major undeveloped stretches of Lake Huron shoreline, this is a great area for bike trips or hikes.

The cottage shoreline consists of rubble with some some flat rock There is a two very nice small sand beachs located each a ten minute walk from the cottage. One is in Bradley Harbour, and the other in Pleasant Harbour. Both a great for younger children. Entry at the water is shallow.+ More
