This brightly colored unit is decorated with plush furniture in the living room that you can sink into. An oak table for four invites you and your guests to enjoy conversations over meals or just play games or cards. The large sectional is perfect for sinking into with a bowl of popcorn for everyone to enjoy while watching a movie in the DVD for movie night. We have free WiFi with an extender to ensure you have signal anywhere you choose to be!
The kitchen in Seaside Villa is galley sized but fully equipped with all you will need for preparing and serving meals if you decide to dine in. There is ample counter space for meal preparations. You can prepare the meals inside and choose to sit out by the peaceful garden area and enjoy dinner outside. There are several outside areas to choose and a table just waiting outside for that early morning coffee or a meal. Of course there are many local restaurants in the area if you decide to go shopping and dining out as well.
The bedroom is inviting after a full day of playing on the beach, shopping, golfing or visiting forts in the area. This one bedroom has a queen size bed that is waiting for you to cozy up for a good night’s rest. If you bring the kids, they can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room.
Seaside Villa has one bathroom with a shower but also features a private beach shower outside that is great for rinsing off the sand from the day at the beach or just a quick shower to get ready for the day’s activities. This may be a one bedroom but has plenty to offer.
Do you need to keep up with emails while on vacation? If so, Seaside Villa provides free WI-FI. Make dinner reservations and be sure to let your friends know what a great time you are having on vacation.

Its deep cultural history can be explored by visiting museums, homes and forts that kept pirates at bay. St. Augustine is the nation’s oldest city and the brick lined streets and horse drawn carriages will charm you as you step back in time. Visit the Fountain of Youth at the Archeological Park. Drink from the legendary waters and acquire eternal youth! St. Augustine is where you will find the World Golf Hall of Fame if you are a golf enthusiast.
If you love animals you will want to reserve a tour to the St. Augustine Wild Reserve to see their amazing white tigers enjoy a luxurious bubble bath! Anastasia Park is conveniently close and you can rent canoes, sailboats or kayaks. Watersport lessons are also available.
