You will reach this 1100 sq. ft. sunny, west-facing lakeside cottage after a 5 ½ hour drive through breathtaking scenery. Whether you drive through the Fraser Canyon or take the Coquihalla, the scenery cannot be beaten anywhere in B.C. You will be impressed with this beautiful, well-kept ½ acre property that includes a children’s log playhouse on the property.
The house has 2 huge decks overlooking a secluded and protected bay. The property is gently sloping to the lake shore for easy and safe access. There is excellent swimming off the private dock/swim platform or from the pebbly beach into the crystal clear water.
Sheridan Lake fluctuates in temperature based on the weather. During the sunny and warm weather during June/July/August the lake will warm up to 73 degrees. This makes the swimming very comfortable.
The fishing is best in May, June and September. From the dock and you can see fish swimming by in May, June and September. Several trout have been caught in the bay. Some fish are caught in July and August. There was a 17 lb rainbow caught by a 15 year old in August . The average trout is 3-4 lbs in size. Rainbow Trout are abundant in the lake.
There is also a 12' aluminum boat that can be used to paddle out for fishing.

The lake has excellent fishing and is renowned for its well-stocked and large rainbow trout. In the evening enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the decks or sit around the fire pit at the beach roasting marshmallows (when local fire restrictions not in effect).
