Located in the historical district of Verdun, a quiet family neighbourhood.
Note, the apartment does not have AC yet, but it will be installed for the summer.
The apartment is filled with natural light, as the windows are on both sides of the building. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, additionally there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from having a morning toast to preparing a dinner for a special occasion.
High speed cable Internet will allow to stay in touch with your friends and close ones.
Shops, restaurants and bars are just few blocks away, and a trip to vibrant Montreal downtown will take about 15 minutes.
Parking is FREE and always available on the street. And it is safe! On the busy days the parking is available on the back yard (please advise in advance as I may have to move my car).
Whole apartment will be available for your convenience, while I am living upstairs and always available should you require any assistance.

Please note, if you are two people requiring two separate beds made up, I will have to charge an additional fee to cover my cleaning expenses.
For the long term stays first $50 of the hydro monthly bill is included. My usual bill is under 50 dollars even in winter times, so I would not expect it to come much above that amount. However if you love hot showers or keep the room temperature above 22C during day time, this will result is higher bill and will be charged additionally.
If you want a truly Montreal experience, if you want to be close to downtown but away from it's hassle - this place is for you.
Everything you'll need, including groceries, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops are minutes away.
The Atwater market (one of city's biggest farm markets) is definitely worth a visit on a summer afternoon.
SUBWAY: 5 min. walk to LaSalle metro station, from there it's a 10 min. ride to downtown (three to six stops depending on where you're heading). It's STM green line - direct access to Place des Arts, Quartier des spectacles, McGill area, Old Port, Gay Village, Olympic Stadium and everything else.
BUS: #107 service to downtown stops right in front of the building, brining you to the Old Port in about 15 to 20 minutes.
BIKE: There's a Bixi station at the corner (50 meters away), where you can hop on a main bike path to enjoy the ride along St. Laurent river or La Chine canal.
PARKING: Free street parking is available in front of the building (there's a one-hour cleaning period on Tuesdays and Thursdays between April 1st and Nov 1st when cars need to be moved).
TAXIS: Uber or taxis are usually about 5 min call away or less.
No noise after 10pm, please be mindful of neighbours. Parties are not allowed at any time.
Please take off your shoes inside. Please do not move the furniture in the unit, if you have any special request - please let me know and I will find a way to address it.
The apartment hosts 4 people maximum, if you are travelling with a bigger company, I may be able to offer you another place. Checking in with more people than appear on the reservation is considered rules violation and leads to claim of damage deposit.+ More
