Shuswap Lake Resort offers newly built, open concept luxurious lakefront townhomes. Aspen D34 is a 2 bedroom with a bonus loft townhome that is located just steps to the beautiful pool and hot tub area and the beach front on Shuswap Lake.

Aspen D36 is a 3-level beachfront townhome with incredible lake views on each floor and also includes a full kitchen, spacious living room with a fireplace, in-suite laundry, two and half bathrooms, two terraces and a balcony. This particular unit has been upgraded by the owners and it includes some great extra features like granite countertops, slate flooring and high-end furnishings inside and out.

We had a fabulous holiday in this property. The condo is in a great location right on the beach and next to the provincial park and is very comfortable with all the amenities. An Amazing stay with a spectacular view

This place was beautiful. Front condo right on the beach. What more do you need!! The house was clean and a great lay out. The only issues we had was the Wi-Fi was not working which was hard as my mom had some homework to do. The washing machine was a bit fidgety which comes with wear and tear. Perfect Location and Great Property for Kids

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We had a party of 5 including 3 teenage girls. The 2 1/2 baths and 3 bedrooms worked nicely for us. The lake front view was just spectacular.
