The 1st floor features a living room with a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, and a spacious dining area that are all open to each other. The 1st floor also includes one bedroom with 1-queen bed and one full bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes 1-queen size bed and offers a great soaker tub (yes...in the bedroom!) with a spectacular view of Silver Lake. A 3/4 bath is included as well. Outside, there is a full length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ...all overlooking the lake! Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience! This vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY).

The chateau now has landscaped stairs leading down the embankment to an attached dock and swim ladder!

This vacation home received the 2014 Best Residential Wood Design Award...presented annually by the Canadian Wood Council. Congratulations to owners Dave and Dana!!

PLEASE NOTE: This rural vacation home is located on an unimproved road that is not maintained by the county. While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly by utilizing 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding road conditions, and refunds are not provided for circumstances that are beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
