Just steps away from the buzzing heart of the city, this centrally located apartment on Saint Laurent Boulevard puts you close to the best that Montreal has to offer. Shops and restaurants line the street outside your front door, and you’re just across from two of the biggest nightclubs in the city.
Feel like a day of sightseeing? Major tourist attractions are within walking distance. Stroll 10 minutes to the base of the city's much-cherished Mont-Royal - a leafy 200-hectare park offering sweeping views across Montreal along with a pretty lake, cycling and walking trails.
Wander along cobbled streets in the historic quarters of Old Montreal, check out the latest cultural festival or urban installation in Quarteir Des Spectalcles, or catch the latest live production at Place Des Arts. All are around a 10-minute walk from your front door.
Local conveniences are also nearby. The apartment is directly across from the SAQ and Jean Coutu pharmacy, and a few doors down from a 24-hour grocery store.
To help you plan your tour of the city, we provide digital welcome books. These handy digital guides also allow you to order food or a taxi directly to the apartment.
There is paid street parking available (free after 9 pm on weekends and 6 pm on weekdays), but it can't be reserved and note that finding a space can also be tough during peak hours. However, there are several paid parking lots in the area where you can leave your car overnight.
The St Laurent Metro/Subway is a 5-minute walk away, and connects you to the green line, which travels through the heart of the city. There are also public bus stops right outside your front door, and Uber and taxis are plentiful throughout the city.
Other Things to Note:
There are about 15 stairs to the two apartments on the first level, and about 15 stairs to the other two apartments on the second level. There is no elevator.
The neighborhood is in the center of the city and gets quite lively on Fridays and Saturdays, which means things can be a little louder during these times. We ask our guests to keep noise levels down after 11pm in consideration of other guests staying in the building.
The store below the apartment is open until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends, and we also ask that you be considerate of these hours if playing music.
