Cimarron is perfectly situated in the heart of Breckenridge within easy walking distance to town (about one block) and a short shuttle ride or 100 yard walk to the base of Peak 9. You can ski down Four O'Clock run or to the base of Peak 9 at the end of the day. Cimarron is one of the few complexes to have an ELEVATOR! This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has a queen bed in the master and a double/single bunk bed with a single trundle in the quest room. The sleeper sofa in the living area has a new memory foam mattress that is extremely comfortable. All of the bedding is from Pottery Barn and purchased summer of 2014. Relax in the brand new indoor hot tubs completed March 2016. Or unwind in the dry rock sauna. Cimarron guests also have access to the Upper Village pool, about 100 yard walk, which has an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor / outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area. WONDERFUL PLACE, GREAT HOST


Bonnie was a great host. Her condo was so clean and had everything you could possibly need. SO very spacious and is very close to the lifts (about a 10 minute walk). The condo was bright, clean with a nice view of the mountain, the furnishings comfortable and the refrigerator well stocked with condiments. The recently updated kitchen was nice to cook in and included plenty of pots and pans, dish ware, knives and cutlery. We really enjoyed this place. The location is an easy walk to the slopes and or restaurants and shopping, and the garage is heated.
