This charming and very clean 1-bedroom, 1-bath Mother-in-law apartment located in the upscale neighborhood of Magnolia on Puget Sound, conveniently located near downtown (4miles away), is ideal for couples seeking a relaxing getaway, the solo adventure or business traveler.

This 1,100/sqr. ft. mother-in-law basement apartment of our residential home, has it's own private entrance and private off street parking and includes: queen size bed which comfortably sleeps 2, extra linens and blankets, fully stocked kitchen and living area with an electric fireplace, 42" TV, extensive DVD movie collection, closets and large full bath/shower, fresh bath towels and a set of complimentary toiletries. All you need is your suitcase. There is a separate (shared with upstairs unit) walk-in laundry room, a lush secluded back lawn and furnished private patio area with BBQ grill.

A10minute walk to the many shops, cafes and restaurants of Magnolia “Village” or to Seattle’s Largest Park “Discovery” and just a few blocks from several local bus routes that passes by the Seattle's cruise ship terminals, ending (in 20 mins) to downtown or the UW campus. The City Center, Queen Anne & Ballard neighborhoods are even closer.

Guests staying two or more nights in Seattle before embarking on their cruise will receive complimentary transport to the cruise ship terminal only if requested and pre-arranged at time of booking, assuming host is in town to provide transportation to cruise ship terminals (please schedule ahead of time, as we can not guarantee transportation to terminals if requested upon arrival).

This place is larger than it looks in the photos. And very clean. It even has parking. Billy and Rose were so gracious. I would definitely stay here again.
