The first floor is a living room and dining room, the open kitchen equipped with marble counter tops, a Viking stove and a Beville espresso coffee machine. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is an additional 1/2 bathroom in the basement.
We have a beautiful backyard to relax and drink coffee in. The New York Times newspaper is provided daily.
Historic Jackson Heights is one of New York's attractions, mostly as a magnet for foodies. There are bars and cafes nearby but the street we live on is quiet.
