The Station Master House awaits your arrival. My home is a 3 bedroom 1 1/2-bathroom single level home only 5 blocks from national award winning downtown McMinnville. Station Master House sleeps 6 comfortably, with off street parking for 3 cars.
The Neighborhood Station Master House is located just 7 blocks from 99W it is a newly remodeled home with central heating and cooling for a comfortable stay before you embark on discovering the 14 winery/ tasting rooms and 4 breweries. This along with many top rated restaurants with a broad range of cuisines and unique shops featuring local artists. Linfield College is just a short 5-minute drive away. The house does border the local train tracks, but only runs in the daytime no more than twice a day.
The Space: The bedrooms all have top quality queen size beds with ample closet and dresser space. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. Free K-cup coffee, tea, hot chocolate along with bottled water. Each bedroom presents a theme; including a historic railroad them with a murphy bed. The outdoor and parking areas are fully lighted. The living room has a flat screen 50 inch HD television and Blue-ray player with full cable channel package . This along with wireless high-speed internet and charging stations in each bedroom for your electronic devices. No land line phone sorry. I am not taking children or pets at this time.
Guest Access: Entire house including garage with washer and dryer use at no charge. Front door guest access is through a coded touch pad saving the need for a house key and the code is exclusively set for each guests stay.
Outdoor space: The fenced backyard has a seating area for up to 8 people , a propane BBQ, and a grassy area . Lawn maintenance is every Tuesday morning. The storage shed is not accessible to guests. There is NO SMOKING of any kind on the property. A dog does live on the property, but will not be present during your stay.
