Enjoy your own private downstairs unit (property is a duplex) in this classic Isle of Palms, SC property. Separate front and back entrances, private patios, and best of all - steps to the beach. Isle of Palms is known as one of the areas nicest beaches - enjoy! The space offers an open floor plan with a spacious living room and dining room that connects with the galley style kitchen. Modern appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and electric range. The property also includes a washer/dryer. Cable tv/wifi available. The master bedroom is large and features a large walk in closet with king size bed. Additional bedroom with it's own closet as well and a queen size bed. Bathroom features jetted tub and dual sinks with plenty of counter space. Private outdoor spaces including both a covered and uncovered patio. This property is central to everything the island has to offer. First and foremost the beach access to one of SC's best beaches is one house over but in addition the Isle of Palms recreation center is a block away and features tennis courts, multiple fields, indoor and outdoor basketball court, playground, etc. Fantastic restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. World class golf courses minutes away. Downtown Charleston only 12 miles away.

Owners live in upstairs apartment so please be respectful. We want you to have a great time but please no loud parties, no pets, and no smoking. Owners have two older, friendly dogs - a springer spaniel and a lab - however dogs are behind fencing in the backyard. You can interact with them as little or as much as you like! Short term rental agreement to be signed by both parties prior to your stay. Host can provide a copy at your request.

The Location, The Property, and The Owners easily surpassed all of our Expectations
