The spacious 1220 sq. ft. air conditioned apartment style condo with outside access and natural lighting on opposite ends and a 10 foot ceiling was professionally designed with upgrades to the architectural lighting, hardwood flooring, granite countertops throughout, custom cabinetry, efficient bathroom layout, a versatile desk to do work, study or computing on, an extra large kitchen island, under counter lighting, a dishdrawer, dishware, bakeware, utensils, glassware, cookware, linen, bedding, an espresso & cappuccino maker, multi-speed stove fan, tiling that feels wonderful, a steam-rain-massage shower with thermostatic control, therapeutic bath with chromotherapy and more. Kids (of all ages mind you) enjoy having a frothy bubble bath. There is some exercise equipment in the condo.
The condo has structured wiring throughout in addition to wireless N. The living room has a large widescreen HDTV with HD and 24 hour music satellite channels and leather furniture. The entertainment system includes internet access. The phone system allows for free calling in Canada and U.S.
There is a lot of versatility. In all the closets, the storage system is adjustable and has been upgraded for maximum usability. The kitchen table is expandable and some people prefer relocate it from the dining area to the living room so they can enjoy the view while they dine. A comfortable and seamless pillowtop king size bed can be converted into 2 XL twin beds. A UHD 4K TV has internet access with Roku and local or mirrored programming. There are two sofas in the living room, one being a sofabed. An indoor tree year round serves well as a Christmas tree in December.
All utilities are included. Outside maintenance is taken care of: There is no snow to shovel, grass to mow or water. There is no need to be bothered with the garbage collection schedule.
Included is one heated underground parking stall. Extra parking can be found on the street and there are visitor parking stalls.

Just east of the Shaw Conference Centre by little over a block is a gem of a building with such a great view of the actual North Saskatchewan River and downtown that is called The View. It is 4 minutes from the Hotel MacDonald, 3 minutes from the Arts District (City Hall/Winspear/Citadel/Art Gallery/Royal Alberta Museum) and 2 minutes from Telus Plaza. You can get to the University of Alberta/Children's Stollery Hospitals and Commonwealth Stadium within 9 minutes. Northlands Agricom is 7 minutes away.
