Sunny, spacious, Studio apt in the East Village is ideal for a single or a couple only. As it’s in the back of the building on ground floor, there’s a roomy back yard and patio. Behind that is one of the lovely, huge, community gardens (entrance on next street), so it’s extremely quiet! Facing South with tall ceilings (10ft), the place gets the Sun pretty much all day long, even on rainy days! lol, a rare find for NYC..
• Queen Bed with comfortable memory foam mattress • SOFA - folds out flat into king size bed, quite comfy too • 40” HDTV / cable / WiFi • Private Patio + backyard! – Be mindful and considerate to neighbors. Any and all noise can and be heard and seen by all from above in the building and surrounding buildings. • Full bathroom with tub. • Large Kitchen fully stocked, quality cookware (ss), stove/oven (gas), cutlery, tableware and dishware. Table and stools (bar height). • Full empty dresser and adequate closet space • BUS is very close, on the 2 nearest corners!
The patio outside has a small table and chairs which is lovely for coffee in the morning.
Within a block or two in any direction, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and 24 hr deli that makes killer sandwiches 24 hours. Or anything can be delivered!
Great location, easy access to get anywhere with taxis or buses on the corner. Walk to Empire State Building in about 30 mins, or public transport 20 mins. Finance District is bus ride away 20-30 mins.
TRANSPORTATION: M14D Bus is on the corner that goes to Union Square (major hub, any subway in nyc) or Downtown to Batter Park (Fin. District). Also on other corner, M9 Bus cuts to West Village. One can walk to MIDTOWN, Empire St. Building in about 25-30 minutes.
NEIGHBORHOOD: If you love food & drink, the East Village has 400 or so! Most are privately owned, unlike corporate/chain midtown with wonderful delights, trust the size of my belly
