SUITABILITY: Our home is well suited for adults and families. Seniors are welcome. Single age adult , without family with them, is 28+ or older. FEATURES ABOUT OUR HOME: 985 sq. ft. all on one level. No stairs / no bunk beds ladders to climb. A queen bed in each bedroom, with high quality bedding. Private entrance with coded keyless lock with a door code provided. Entryway & ski storage closet with heated floor. IDEAL CONVENIENT LOCATION: It's about a 3 minute walk to the center of the main village square & to shop at Marketplace Centre. FREE GARAGE GATED PARKING, with extra parking spaces: NO $14--$25 daily additional parking fee. If you are arriving by shuttle bus, no car is necessary when staying at Sunpath Walk through the village or ride the free bus service across the street that takes you to the lifts; a very short ride. Parking garage entrance clearance is 6' 8'. There are 4 stalls with 3 hour parking limit and 3 stalls in our visitors' temporary parking area before you move your car inside the secure parking area. We have an assigned parking space for one car. There are 2 spaces next to our parking space available, along with extra parking spaces in the garage.
AMENITIES: FREE high speed internet. 3 flat screen HDTVs; with 113 channels. 40'' HDTV, mounted on a wall hinge above gas fireplace. Flat screen TVs on the bedrooms' walls. DVD players. Two phones; one with voicemail option. Wall -mounted ski boot dryer. Retractable screen door opens to front patio with a Weber BBQ grill there. Privacy wallpaper on front patio glass door. A hairdryer in each bathroom. A full size washer/dryer set with HE soap provided. CHEF'S KITCHEN: Very well-stocked. Granite counters with deep sink. Top-of-the line Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Custom designed curved suspended railing with 8 amber-shaded lights. Electric ceramic top range/convection oven. We have a Bonavita Electric Teapot and a Cuisinart coffee maker that has a K cup unit attached to it. Our tall dining room table seats 4.
A professional & dependable husband and wife cleaning team own their own company and clean our home for every reservation. Last -minute reservations are normally not available because of cleaning schedules. Our complimentary private concierge service can help with car rentals, ski tickets delivered to our condo kitchen waiting for your arrival. Our local Whistler repairman can be called for condo repairs.
***May - - October, 2017 with the Mountain Bike Park open, we ask our guests to store their bikes in the Sunpath complex's locked bike cages in the Sunpath gated garage. The exception is when a guest is bringing a very expensive bike and needs to store it in our entryway. There's a bike washing station at the entrance to Sunpath's gated area. There's bike storage also at G1 Valet Company, by the lifts.

HOUSE RULES: The person who is making the reservation must be staying for the duration of the booking. Please leave the kitchen clean. If using the BBQ grill, please brush it off.
