Breathtaking views, amazing location, and a cozy home! Comfortable. Private. Secure. Direct access to amazing hiking trails, rock climbing, bouldering and biking.
Located just 10 minutes from the west entrance to Joshua Tree National Park, this 32 foot trailer converted into a tiny house sits on our 4 acre property. Relax and enjoy morning coffee on the private deck listening to birdsongs. At night, gather around the fire pit to star gaze and listen to the beautiful sounds of the coyotes.
Air conditioning, heating, and all utilities. Full and complete kitchen. The refrigerator is quite large with a separate freezer. A full oven and three burners allow you to cook a complete meal. The area is VERY quiet and you are completely surrounded by nature. The bath is private and the shower is quite comfortable for an average adult male. Full flush toilet. The dining table seats two, but the coffee table pops up and accommodates two more diners. However, most times you will want to eat on the deck and enjoy the amazing views and sounds of nature.
EXTREMELY quiet, private cove but only 5 minutes from downtown Joshua tree and 10 minutes to the West entrance of the Joshua Tree National Park. The beauty of this property is, you don't have to go to the National Park to enjoy miles of hiking, bouldering and mountain biking. We are adjacent to the Mojave Desert Land Trust and our property has it's own immediate private access trail. IT IS TRULY UNIQUE.
We live on this property in our home adjacent to the rental. We like our privacy and are very quiet. However, we also enjoy meeting new people and we are here to assist you with anything you need such as restaurant recommendations, things to do in the area or any needs you may have. We are available to assist, or if you prefer, we will remain as anonymous as you like.
ABOUT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD:
Please note: This is not the place for you if you are looking to host a loud party. This is a "retreat." Friends around the camp fire, over for a BBQ, dinner and a glass of wine on the deck is more than welcomed, but please be respectful of the fact that you will be staying in a very quiet and amazing neighborhood.+ More
