The master bathroom offers a roll in/walk in shower and roll under vanities. All exterior doors have access ramps. The private, heated pool has pool lift available for wheelchair users and the elderly.
The large lanai with screened in pool area allows for fun days by the pool and pleasurable evening dinners. Grill your catch of the day after a fun filled day of fishing off the Cape Coral Pier.
There are many restaurants to enjoy local and international cuisine, all within a few minutes drive.Sun Splash play area is just up the street, enjoy a great day of water fun with the kids. Pine Island, Fort Myers Beach and world famous Sanibel Island are only 15 minutes away. Feel like a trip into the Everglades to see the Alligators and the Manatee? Naples is a quick 40 minute drive South on I-75. Don't forget to stop at the Miramar Outlet Mall in Estero on your way.
