Tetachuck Wilderness fly in Lodge
In the wilderness of southwestern Canada lies the largest nature preserve in British Columbia, the Tweedsmuir Provincial Park. There, far removed from all civilization, is the Tetachuck Wilderness Lodge.
The seclusion and natural energy here is seldom found on our earth. Come for the tranquility; leave your everyday routine behind, and recharge. Whether hiking, canoeing, or just enjoying the stillness.
As one of guests said, quoting from Shakespeareâ??s â??A Midsummer Nightâ??s Dreamâ?, â??Silence is the perfect herald of joy.â?
We are pleased to prepare a warm and hospitable home for you, and we want to convey to you nature's full spectrum of beauty. Because what really counts is not what you can see, but what you can sense.
The Arrival Alone Is An Experience.
Enjoy your journey to us from a variety of approaches and the gradual slowing of pace as you leave the noise and the hustle behind. A storybook Canadian landscape with crystal-clear lakes and the snow-covered peaks of the Coastal Mountains reveals itself in spectacular fashion as you approach by seaplane or boat. The Tetachuck Lodge is ideal for people who are looking for tranquility and deep relaxation and want to experience something new, away from the clamor of everyday life
Our largest log cabin includes four bedrooms for eight guests and two bathrooms. The cabin offers both a woodstove and a large open fireplace which gives off cozy warmth. The large veranda is ideal for reading a book of just enjoying the beautiful view of the lake.
The comfortable log cabins are spaced about 50 meters apart on the shores of Tetachuck Lake and promise a stay in the pristine wilderness that's both restful and full of variety. Each cabin has its own charm and specific amenities.+ More
