Quiet, hidden neighborhood that's a 10-min drive to trails on Blue Ridge Parkway, Ridgecrest, Catawba Falls, also near the Veteran's Affairs Hospital. When you book, I email you a list of my favorite local places to hike, visit and eat, both here in Black Mountain and in Asheville. (I'm an NC native.)
This wonderful house was built by an Episcopal Bishop and sold to an Episcopal priest who came fresh from an English monastery, and has had more than four decades of prayer and quietude in and around it.
We send orientation info in advance, do our best to greet you when you arrive, orient you, and then leave you to the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. I respect that most folks want their own private time but if you want to ask me anything in person just let me know and I'll do my best!+ More
