Beautiful art and antique filled apartment in one of Brooklyn's hottest neighborhoods. A bright, sunny two bedroom that is literally steps from the subway and Smith Street's restaurant row. Lots of great restaurants, cafes, and boutiques within walking distance.
A fun and funky floor-thru apartment in a Victorian-era home. Lots of great original detail including hardwood floors, tin ceilings, and a marble fireplace (non-working, sorry!)
The space features one large master bedroom with king size bed and a second smaller room with a twin bed. The smaller second bedroom is adjoining with door but can also be accessed through the hallway for privacy. It is ideal for a couple or family with child, but can comfortably handle three adults. There is plenty of closet space and storage in the master bedroom.
A sunny, fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker.
Please note: Although this building has been recently renovated, it is well over 100 years old and is full of the sort of quirky charm that comes with age (sloping floors, creaky floor boards, etc.) If you are seeking modern minimalist living, this is not it. It's a fun, funky apartment in a great neighborhood.
Also, please remember that Brooklyn is a bustling urban environment. While this neighborhood is considered sedate by New York City standards, there is usually a steady flow of traffic in the vicinity (both cars and people). The bedroom does face street-side and there could possibly be noise from below on occasion. In the event that anyone in your traveling party is unusually sensitive to sound, we have a white noise machine we can lend you, but we must stress that it is a city apartment and it is best to set your expectations accordingly..
