Property Description

The Gull River PostCard, a 3 bedroom waterfront rental with over 1700 sq ft of living space and 500 sq ft of deck overlooking the river, welcomes you! A stay at the PostCard is perfect in any season! This spacious unit can sleep 6-8+ people in 3 comfortable bedrooms. A full kitchen overlooks the great room which is approximately 35 ft x 17 ft. In the cooler weather, enjoy the fireplace. In the summer, swim, paddle, roast some marshmallows & tell some stories at the outdoor fire pit.

Boaters: Use the Lutterworth Township Public launch or the Elliot Falls Public launch. Access to Moore Lake & East Moore Lake for fishing, swimming & pleasure boating.

Water Babies: Kayaking, canoeing, swimming, paddleboarding all are common uses of this lovely waterway. The beach area is great for kids. Parents love the shallow wade in space between docks. Guest WIFI is available at the waterfront to connect & stream tunes while enjoying the water, woodland, sky & sun.

Nature Lovers: The Altberg Wildlife Sanctuary & Nature Reserve, Ontario's largest nature reserve, the Queen Elizabeth II Wildlands Provincial Park, & Indian Point Provincial Park are each a 10 min drive away.

PLEASE NOTE: This house is a duplex. The property owner lives in the unit on the main floor. The rental unit is the upper floor unit. All details listed here are about the spacious and comfortable rental unit. Renters have a private entrance to their unit. The two units are entirely separate and private.

Additional Information

A rental agreement must be signed by renters in order for the booking to be fully completed. A copy of the agreement will be sent when the booking is received. Key points include: Occupancy must not exceed the number listed in the booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00 a.m. A $275 security/cleaning deposit will be collected from the Renter (email transfer or credit card) seven days prior to arrival. The Renter shall leave the rental unit in the condition in which it was found, suitable for occupation by the next renter. Pets are permitted with prior approval and a Pet Agreement must be completed and signed prior to check-in. NOT PERMITTED: The following are not permitted to be present or used on the property. 1. Fireworks and Chinese Lanterns 2. Candles: Do not use candles of any kind inside or outside the unit. 3. Drones: Do not bring or use drones on the property. 4. Bouncy Castles: Do not bring or use bouncy castles or similar inflatable structures on the property. Use soaps and cleaning products that are biodegradable and phosphate-free. Access Road: The access road (Hardy Dr.) is well-maintained however use of the road is “at your risk”. The Renter, and all members of the Rental Party acknowledge that the Property Owner has the right to cancel this agreement and remove the entire Rental Party, or members of the Rental Party, if rules and obligations are not being followed.
