It comes fully furnished, has off street parking in the driveway, a front porch and a lovely back patio to enjoy in the beautiful fenced in backyard. It also is friendly to pets 35 lbs. and under (and a non-refundable $200.00 pet deposit will be charged to you after booking).

Guests will have access the entire home including the fully furnished basement (full size couch, two recliners, television, laundry room, etc); the fenced in back yard with a beautiful grassy area and patio; and the driveway which can fit up to two vehicles for off street parking.
The home is new to the renting scene, so if you have something in mind that may not have been thought of, please let the property managers know in advance and they will try to accommodate.
During your stay:
The lawn will be mowed and maintained, so sit back and enjoy the grassy area without any of the work.
- There will be a cleaning person/crew coming into the home to maintain its cleanliness on a bi-weekly basis. The property managers will work with your schedule to accommodate for all parties. This is to maintain the home, not to be your housekeeper, so please be considerate.
