This highlands home has everything you need nearby: restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shop, ice cream shop, dispensary, wine and spirits. Also includes plenty of onsite parking, washer/dryer and outdoor grill.
Newly remodeled in May of 2017! New paint, carpet, and tile flooring throughout the property (except the mudroom at the back entrance). Entire bathroom is brand new! Brand new 2017 appliances (except dishwasher is 2014) All furniture and mattresses/linens are also brand new as of May 2017.

The Lodo neighborhood and Coors field are about 2 miles away, so walkable in a pinch, but a very short uber/lyft ride away.
There are four things you should carefully consider before staying at this property.
1) curb appeal : The front yard of this property is for parking. The property has restaurants on either side, which is great in many ways, but we don't want to pretend that our curb appeal is inline with other single family homes. If the appearance of the outside of the house from the street is important to you, you may be disappointed. As of this writing, the restaurants close at 9pm and aren't generally loud or distracting, they tend to be busier at lunch time.
2) single bathroom : While this is a 3 bedroom with a sofa sleeper in the living room, and generally is spacious enough for 9 people, it unfortunately has a single bathroom. Please have a plan for showers/etc. To help with this issue, we have mirrors in the bedrooms right by electric outlets and other mirrors elsewhere in the property, so there is no need to use the bathroom for purposes requiring a mirror.
3) Security features. Motion detection security lights at front/back entrances and side of building. Wifi security camera at front entrance(pointed outward). Brand new smoke/carbon-monoxide detectors as of May 2017(installed by professional electricians). Security bars on some windows.
4) Air-conditioning : We do provide air-conditioning in the form of in-window units. The property does stay cool, but the air-conditioners in the windows may generate some noise.+ More
