Perfect Getaway right on Georgian Bay - Private and Unique!

This was our first visit to Cameron Point Harbour House and it was wonderful. We are a group from the GTA area who do an annual hiking trip in the Peninsula. The four separate buildings provided members of the group lots of private space, while at the same time allowing us to come together for socializing and meals in the evenings. Everything we c... A Slice Of Paradise

We rented Cameron Point Habourhouse for a family anniversary celebration. It was the perfect cottage in the perfect setting. Everyone had private sleeping space and could gather outdoors on the deck or in either cottage when we wanted to be together. The cottage takes every advantage of the beautiful location. The morning views over the bay and the... Read More

Thanks very much Teresa for your review and that you chose CP HarbourHouse as the setting for your anniversary. You captured the experience to a tee! We really appreciated your stay as guests and the perfect condition you left the place in. Also many thanks for the very kind and inspirational words/drawings you and your guests wrote in our "Eye Guest Book". We look forward to your return in the future as you indicated you may wish to do. All the very best in the meantime. Graham and Karina, Melana and John

Family Reunion

We had a great stay despite a cold and wet July. The great stay was the result of staying in a space that gave us room to be together and separate, snuggle and yak around the great outdoor firepit between rain swaths, canoodle on the big swing bed on the veranda watching the rain and play family board games wrapped in our woolies safely out of the... Hi Cindy: Our prime rental season is now over and I was just looking back over the summer's guests and wanted to thank you for your visit, and for your kind and detailed review.....as well as your group's contribution to our "Eye Guest Book"! We appreciate your feedback and have added a number of items to our 2 kitchens. I am getting into modern Greek cooking which is based on "pan drying" (with no oil at all) from the incredible chef/restaurateur/raconteur Aristedes Pasparakis and his book New Greek Cuisine...he just opened a super spot at 368 College called Greek Street....can't wait to be flipping dishes at Cameron Point! Cheers, Graham

Wonderful Cottage Configuration

We spent 2 weeks at Harbourhouse, and it was a great experience. It was pretty early in the season so the Bay was very cold, but the setting is beautiful and very quiet. This property has a very unique configuration with 2 full cottages and 2 bunkies. It was ideal for us as we could have our adult children, their partners and a grandchild together,... Read More

The owner left the following response...

Hi Cathy: AS the rental season is now over, wanted to thank you for your visit and your review. You captured the essence of how the design was intended to work...and your group was a perfect fit. We do appreciate that you left it in spotless condition. Sorry the weather was unusually cooler this year especially early in the season, but glad you were able to take advantage of the deck, the setting and amenities and enjoyed yourselves. Best Regards, Graham and Karina, Melana and John

Great two family destination

We rented this cottage with friends and it was amazing. Great location and very quiet. A short drive to everything we wanted to do, including great fishing down at the harbour. Love having our own space with separate cabins but can still enjoy with a large group. Very clean, simple and relaxing. Highly recommend for your stay.
