Enjoy the peace and tranquility of a very private waterfront cottage on Long Reach with easy boat access to Picton and Lake Ontario. Cottage includes a floating dock for you to enjoy the many water sports available.

Cottage features a spacious kitchen and living/dining room, a family room with a wet bar, and two fireplaces on the main floor. The large master bedroom on the second floor has a 4 piece en-suite with a large claw foot tub. The two other bedrooms on the second level feature vaulted ceilings and views of the water. For additional guests there is also a detached Bunkie that sleeps 4.

Additional Information

• Cottage and property is to be left in same condition as when you arrived. Furniture should be returned to its original location. • Please make sure BBQ is turned off when not in use. Clean and scrape BBQ before finished. • No parties or additional guests without the consent of the owner. • Locked closet and wardrobe in Master's bedroom contain personnel items. Please do not open. • Cottage uses water well, minimize water usage otherwise you may run out of water during periods of a low water table. • No lit candles are allowed inside of the house. • Although the neighbours are not very close, please respect their rights and keep outdoor music and noise to an appropriate level. • Please make sure you pick up all outside bags and wrappers, do not let bags and wrappers blow into the neighbours. • Do not leave food or trash outside overnight, it will attract raccoons. • No smoking inside of cottage. When smoking outside, please dispose of all cigarette butts properly and not on the ground. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee to clean up cigarette butts off the ground. • Please do not spill things on the carpets. If you stain the carpets you will be charged a carpet cleaning fee. • When leaving the cottage at the end of your stay, please make sure all lights are off, windows closed and doors are locked. Please key in Master Lock on garage. • All food should be removed from the fridge when you leave. • Pets are permitted only with prior approval of the owner. Please keep any pets off of the furniture and clean up after them outside. You are fully responsible for any damage caused by your pets.You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if you do not cleanup after your pet. Pets MUST be kept on a leash at all times outside. • The maximum number of guests is 10, unless agreed upon with the owner. • The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. • The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages. • Outside fires are only allowed in the fire pit beside the cottage near the dock. For safety reasons no outside fires are allowed until mid-May. Fires must be kept small (less than 1 m or 3 ft high) and in control with a full water bucket nearby. There is a water bucket beside the wood box that can be filled in the lake. Please bring your own locally supplied firewood. • Please bring your own beach towels.

Michael was easy to coordinate with, the place was very much like the pictures, great views and cool layout. Would recommend it for anyone looking to relax - away from noise and crowds
