IMPORTANT: The master bedroom is included in the posted rate for 1-2 guests. If you have 2 people but will require the second bedroom, please inform me in your inquiry, otherwise the second room will not be available during your stay. The second bedroom is available for $15 nightly.
1 King sized bed (Westin Heavenly Mattress), 1 Queen sized bed (Stearns & Foster). Both clean and cozy bedrooms have very comfortable new mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, ceiling fans, benches for luggage and closets with hangers and shelving for your items.
KITCHEN The kitchen is stocked with locally roasted coffee and a selection of teas. You'll find a bottle of sparkling water in the fridge to kick off your visit until you head up to Ralph's for other snacks and drinks. (see "Groceries" below). Basic condiments are available. Additional amenities: Coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle.
There are pots and pans and cooking utensils to cook anything from a full size turkey to chocolate chip cookies.
Ralph's Market is 2 blocks up the alley, the best locally owned market in town! They host a Starbucks and Subway, a burrito stand, salad bar, full deli, awesome bulk bins, kombucha on tap, great selection of micro brews and international wines. They also have a pharmacy and US Post Office.
Wifi is free and there are jacks throughout for hardwire.

This guest space is located in an urban mixed-use building with 2 other similar apartments and a dynamic architectural design firm. There are some comings and goings during the day that you may be aware of, the energy is really great in the building and the other tenants are excited to have a vacation rental as part of the mix!
