The main floor flows from the living room to the dining room and on into a beautiful chef's kitchen. The main floor is complete with a bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom, front load washer/dryer, and office area. It opens up to a private outdoor deck and fenced in area perfect for relaxing in Seattle's couple months of sunshine!
The upstairs space is made up of a play area perfect for young kids with twin bunk beds, a bathroom with a toilet, sink, & shower, and a "Seahawks Cave" that includes a comfortable queen-size mattress. Perhaps most important on a warm summer day is that that entire house has air conditioning!
You will have full access to the main and top floors (approx. 1200sq ft) of our home as well as a private deck, BBQ grill, and shared basketball hoops! There are people living in the lower level apartment. Please be respectful of your noise, especially during quiet hours (10pm-7am). Thanks!
Several Seattle Metro Bus service lines have stops within a few blocks and Sound Transit's Link Lightrail near the UW Stadium connects easily to Downtown, Seahawks/Sounders/Mariners Stadiums, and SeaTac Airport. Uber and Lyft are also popular and convenient transportation options. There are also many walkable and bike-friendly destinations--restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, parks, and more.
No off-street parking is available, but we will provide a Zone 6 Street Parking Permit upon request. Usually, there are parking spaces on the street right in front of the house.+ More
