The Condo unit is a Townhouse style on 2 levels plus a rooftop patio. The use of space is creative, stylish and practical.
You will not find a nicer kitchen downtown to make meals and share stories. The Condo’s main level has concrete floors, floor to ceiling widows, an island centre eating area, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with, microwave, wall oven, induction cooktop, fridge, cabinets for your food items, and deep sinks. Dishes and utensils are all available for your stay as well. The living room is yours to relax in, watch TV, surf the net - wifi, Internet and digital media player included.
The upper level features bamboo hardwood flooring, master bedroom with bright window spaces, bathroom and laundry room. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, and two nightstands with lamps for the evening reader. This room also has a console table, chairs, a solid mahogany mirror, ironing board, hair dryer, and ample closet space to fully unpack including hangers. Guests will enjoy the spacious bedroom made up nicely with comfortable bedding and fresh towels.
The top level is devoted to a rooftop outdoor patio area - in the summer, enjoy dinner, drinks and the lights of the downtown! We loved living here for the past few years, we know you'll enjoy your stay as well.

Our Condo is located in a truly unique, on the river, urban park location. Just a short walk to the City’s major cultural venues, the iconic Portage and Main Business District, and the centre of Winnipeg’s cultural and performing arts district. Symphony, opera and touring shows are three blocks away at the Centennial Concert Hall. The City’s best live theatre is at your doorstep - our Condo is two blocks from Manitoba Theatre Center’s Main stage, the MTC Warehouse Theatre and the historic Pantages Theatre.
Shaw Park, home of the Winnipeg Goldeyes Baseball team is just a ten-minute walk along Stephen Juba Park and the banks of the Red River. Continuing 5-minutes further along the river walk is the Forks Historic site, Winnipeg’s #1 tourist attraction. And located at the Forks is the Canadian Museum for Human Rights that opened in September 2014. Our Condo is the perfect place to stay to see the sites of downtown Winnipeg!
