Check In/Out Times Policies - Property Access Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Quiet Time Policy The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests). Children Policies Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs and playpens are NOT provided. Please Note: No more than 3 children under the age of 6 are requested due to potential noise & safety issues. The deck is very high above the walkout basement (approx 20 - 25 feet). The pond is large and approx. 3 feet deep and there is no fencing around it. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to be left unattended in the home at any time no matter how short the period of time may be. Group & Min. Age Policies There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Ideal for reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate retreats, ... Proof of age may be required for all guests. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund. Hosting a function/party is not allowed.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 350.00 CAD is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Guests booking for themselves or a group must be over 21 years of age. ID may be required to confirm booking and to gain access.

Fee of 15.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s). (based on a minimum of 1 days) (Charged Per pet.)

Please do not strip the beds that have been used. Housekeeping will strip and launder all beds at the end of your stay. Guests are responsible for attending to stained sheets that occur during your stay. Additional charges apply for stained sheets that require special laundering or replacement. Please put a load of used towels in the washer and turn it on before leaving. Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before leaving. We appreciate these small steps which expedite the housekeeping process. Thank You.

This property proved to be an ideal base for our few days touring Lake Okanagan. Some of the best wineries are close by - and have excellent restaurants.
