Vicary's Roost welcomes you! It is a newly constructed 2000 square foot two storey cottage this lakefront property on beautiful Arran Lake in South Bruce Peninsula.
The spacious cottage is open concept on the upper level. The floors are laminate throughout. In the living area there is a sectional couch and a rocking gliding chair, all surrounded by a beautiful wood burning fireplace. There is a television with DVD player here for those evening movies at the cottage.
Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is ample counter and cupboard space. Seating for four is available at the dining room table. The large Master bedroom features a queen bed, laminate flooring, a cozy wood burning fireplace and a couple of windows overlooking the lake.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two doubles and one single. There are two bathrooms at the cottage, one is a 4 piece with a bathtub and shower, and the other is a 3 piece with a bathtub.
The lower level of the cottage serves as a recreational room. A television with DVD player and two couches are here with a view of the lake.
An elevated deck on the second level provides a shady area to sit and enjoy the patio table with chairs, and a partail view of Arran Lake.
The large west facing waterfront deck provides a patio table with chairs and a view from ground level of Arran Lake. A 15 foot long dock is provided here for you to enjoy and the kids can enjoy hours of jumping into the 4 foot deep water.
