Villa L'Embellie, also known as IDP LEM, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Forest Bay within steps of the beach and minutes from restaurants and shopping. This charming villa is set on an acre of lush tropical gardens with its own little sandy and grassy beach.
Terracotta-tiled paths wind through gardens and connect the main house and cottage with the heated swimming pool, 2 outdoor dining and lounge areas, umbrella-shaded chairs and tables, and a free-form splash pool with bridge and jumping rock. The freshwater swimming pool is set among coconut palms and hibiscus. The rooftop patio offers spectacular views.
The spacious living room with cushioned furnishings opens to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen has a pass-through window to the small indoor dining room. Several additional dining areas are located on the terrace, under umbrellas near the pool, and on the partially shaded rooftop patio.
Each air-conditioned bedroom has screens, a TV and ensuite bathroom. The 2 bedrooms in the main house have king-size beds. The second bedroom features a bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The third bedroom is located in a separate cottage near the entrance and features a queen-size bed, iPod docking station, small living room, kitchenette, and small terrace with tables and chairs. The cottage cannot be rented separately.
This non-smoking property also comes with fishing gear, beach accessories, a hammock, a barbecue, cable TV, high-speed Internet, and WiFi. The nearby bay has shallow water for snorkeling, kayaking, or exploring on the 10-ft. Walker Bay sailboat (kayak and sailboat included with rental). Villa IDP LEM requires a credit card for the $500 security deposit. A rental car (Toyota Corolla or equivalent) is provided with reservations during Festive.
