Three queen-sized beds and a trundle day bed, all with clean beautiful linens, sleeps up to a total of 8 people on the second floor. While the house is very comfortable in the winter, three of the bedrooms have a gas stove for even added cozy pleasure. Summers in Pagosa Springs are mild with evening temperatures dipping into the 50s and 60s and air conditioning is not needed.
BATHROOMS - 2
A large bathroom upstairs includes a shower as well as a deep bath tub for soaking after a long hike or a day of skiing. Alternatively, a soak in the hot spring's natural mineral pools, within walking distance, is the key for any aches and pains. A second bathroom with steam shower on the first floor, provides additional privacy for a house full of guests.
LIVING ROOMS - 2
The two living room areas downstairs have comfortable sofas and chairs, a flat-screened television and DVD player, and tables for games or work space.
The gourmet kitchen includes a six-burner gas stove for those that love to cook, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, microwave and convection oven. The elegant wooden table in the adjacent dining room is perfect for family meals and get togethers.

In the mornings, you can enjoy your coffee in the roomy and sunny indoor porch looking out onto the private patio.
There is a laundry room on the first floor to wash those hiking clothes and ample space for your fly-fishing gear to dry. Pagosa Springs offers easy access to the San Juan National Forest, two of the largest wilderness areas in the U.S., and world-class fly-fishing on the San Juan, Piedra, and nearby Los Pinos and Rio Grande rivers.
