The tiny house dimensions are 8ft x 24ft x13.5ft. Where this little house lacks in size it makes up in character. Built in the end of 2015 this tiny house packs a ton of charm! It’s built on a 8’x24′ Trailer-made trailer specifically designed for a tiny house application. It has a full kitchen featuring a LP stove and cooktop. It has an apartment size fridge and double sink. Storage in this kitchen has never been easier with cabinets above and below. Custom tin ceiling with full size pantry as well. It also comes equipped with an LG electric washer/dryer combo built in the stairs to maximize space. The stairs also have a cubby with an exhaust fan for a litter box or trash bin, and a hiding spot for the feline friends. The tiny house also has cat perches in various spots so they can roam around and get some exercise, or they can be used as shelving units. The sleeping loft fits a queen size mattress comfortably with outlets on either side for charging devices. The custom built couch is a nice touch with built in storage on either side and also converts to a table for two when needed. Separated by a sliding barn door, the bathroom boasts a full stand up shower with subway tile and low flow shower head. It also has a natures head composting toilet to help conserve water usage. Above the bathroom is a storage loft that has a built in entertainment system. Listen to your favorite vinyls on the vintage turntable and receiver with speakers that are built in to the cubbies. It can sleep one with a sleeping mat if needed. All the windows open and have screens attached. The French doors really open everything up and have blinds built in to give privacy when needed. For other entertainment, it has a 1080p and 3D projector and a pull down screen for streaming tv shows or movies. The tiny house is powered by 50amp electrical service. The overhead lights are LED, and the loft sconces are lit with Edison bulbs to give some character.+ More
