New on the market for summer 2017! Stay among the vines in our renovated, turn-of-the-century watertower. Located on a working vineyard in the heart of Sonoma valley's wine country, you'll love our remodeled watertower's vintage, wine country charm, while appreciating its modern amenities. A two-minute walk through the vines takes you Landmark winery and on to other world class wineries, restaurants, and shops. Or, relax at home with a glass of wine looking out over the vines, or playing Bocce.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Sonoma valley, wineries such as Landmark, La Rochelle, Chateau St. Jean, St. Anne's Crossing, and many more are an easy stroll away. Our beautiful property feels like the country, but is located immediately outside the village of Kenwood, with shops and several dining options. Your private retreat is comfortably appointed with a Queen bed in the upstairs bedroom. Ideal for two people, we can accommodate up to four guests with a futon in the main living area. The vaulted living area offers an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, bluetooth speakers, and indoor-outdoor living with expansive views over our north block vineyard. The dining table can be expanded to comfortably seat four. The cosy, but well appointed kitchenette has everything you need for gourmet wine-country eating, featuring a two-burner induction cooktop, toaster oven, and microwave as well as a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. The under-counter fridge provides enough space for a week's groceries, and features an ice-tray. There's also a stainless-steel dishwasher so you can spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying wine-country. The outdoor area has a dining table looking out over the vines, and a gas grill with side-burner. There's additional comfortable outdoor furniture to relax in, and a gas fire pit to enjoy in the evening. Propane is provided for both the grill and fire pit. We want you to feel welcome and enjoy your time in wine-country, so we provide a bottle of wine and a S'more kit!
