Ideal spot for couples, families, and anyone looking to get away and experience true beach living.

Living room includes TV (with HDMI cable) and remote controlled electric fireplace/heater. Bright and spacious with 5 large windows.
Kitchen includes: full size fridge/freezer, stove & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, and dishes/cups.
No bedding or towels included; please bring your own sheets, pillows, duvets, and towels. Three piece bathroom includes sink, toilet, and shower.
Private outdoor deck/patio includes propane BBQ (propane included at no charge), picnic table, and outdoor chairs. From the deck, it's less than a minute walk across 100 feet of sand to the lake.
Tennis & basketball court, frog pond, and swingset/climber nearby. Guests will need to provide their own tennis racquets and/or basketballs.

Guests are given keys and free to come and go as they please. 1 parking space beside the cottage is included free of charge. Unrestricted access to private beach (not open to the public).

The cottage is located on Hillsboro Beach, a family-friendly private beach not open to the pubic. Closest town is Forest, ON, with a grocery store, pharmacy, LCBO/Beer Store, movie theatre, and restaurants/shopping.
If you'd like to take a day trip, we're located about 20 minutes drive from Sarnia, ON/Port Huron, USA, and Grand Bend.

Lake water is clean and warm, shallow and sandy at the shoreline and gradually deeper as you go out further. Great for kids/toddlers/non-swimmers in shallow area.
