This newly renovated property is just like home.
Lake Breeze is a 4 season cottage looking on to Lake Simcoe with 100' of your own private shoreline.
A large grass area allows for a game of croquet, badminton or lounging.
The water is very clean and shallow with a gentle slope. There are 2 canoes, a kayak and a paddleboat for your enjoyment.
We call this a cottage, but it more like our lakeside home. That's why we put our name on it - "Breeze" is our surname.
It means so much to us that we want it to be enjoyed by others when we can't be there.
